Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure availability for all clients, we ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If an appointment is canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $100 late-cancellation fee will be charged.

By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy and authorize the clinic to charge the fee to the payment method on file if applicable. If no payment method is on file, the fee will be due before booking your next appointment.

We know emergencies happen — if something unexpected comes up, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
