Vaccine Clinic Information
Payment is due at time of service. We accept major credit cards, cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, and CareCredit.
A reduced call fee of $29 per owner is offered when veterinarians are scheduled by geographic area on the listed dates.
Appointment time frames cannot be guaranteed; you will be notified of your scheduled time 24-48 business hours in advance.
Preventative health care services offered during these appointments include vaccine boosters, Coggins, dental care, sheath cleanings, annual exams, and lab work (e.g., ACTH, Insulin, Fecal Egg Counts).
These dates are for non-boarding clients. Boarding clients must have their barn manager coordinate scheduling with our office.
Owners must confirm appointments, requested services, and payment information prior to the appointment date, or services will not be provided.

Please have your horses clean with blankets and boots off for Coggins photos prior to your veterinarian’s arrival.
It is advisable to limit the number of vaccines given at one time to reduce the chances for vaccine reactions. When booking your appointment, we can help you determine how many appointments you will need.
Boarding stable owners and managers, please be prepared to provide us with a current list of your boarders. Having a sign-up sheet in the barn can help make the appointment more efficient for everyone. Please help us by reminding your boarders that they MUST confirm the appointment.
